Is there anything else I can do regarding Thunderbird to be sure it is working fully on my computer? Thank you! I'm totally stumped as to what is preventing me from receiving my emails but I'm starting to panic as I'm expecting some very important ones. I have sent them the same information I am now sending you just to rule out completely that it is a problem with their site. My account is active and in good standing with them. I have checked their home page to see if there are any issues with them and there are none. I have an account with which allows me to use ** e-mail address removed by moderator ** as my email address. It appears that any emails that may have been sent to me in the last day, day and a half, are still floating out there in cyber space. I can send messages successfully through Thunderbird but I cannot receive them. I am able to access the internet through Firefox with no difficulty. I have the latest versions of Firefox and Thunderbird. I have not been able to receive emails in at least 24-36 hours.
